I'm David Palmer, a wood carver and sculptor who lives and works in the beautiful Yorkshire village of Haworth. I also have a workshop as part of the Keighley Creative Space based in the Cavendish Retail Park (see below) should you want to pop in and see me at work.
I try, as much as possible, to use locally sourced, sustainable and traditional British woods. All my work is then finished with food grade natural ingredients such as beeswax.
We only have the one planet. Let's look after it.
I'd love to work with you to create a uniquely crafted piece, or collection, for your home.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my website.
Feel free to contact me (scroll down for email, phone and facebook details) as all my work is bespoke and individual.
Simply wipe clean or wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately.
Don't leave to soak, or put in the dishwasher.
Re-wax about every six months or when the wood dries out using Board Wax or Coconut Oil. No Olive Oil, please.
Call and arrange a visit to my workshop.
